Without giving too much away, that probably won't work given the storyline from the Showdown, but still, that would be my favorite, given a choice.

Oh, and I suppose I should specify that I want her to start out dressed in another tight office outfit (like her intro story...tight skirt? Stockings? Heels? It's like you were reading my damn mind) and for her to lose, preferably at school (the center of what should be her domain) in front of students/teachers/parents.
