Be careful about getting larger. If your not aware of Mike South blog on the adult industry then start doing your homework. I'm amazed your site hasn't been ripped and put up on the tubesite. The tubesite could care less about copyright because they'll generally stick it to all but the largest Adult companies. Only those large companies have the ability to fight and get a settlement. Now maybe I'm wrong and you figured out a way to get your material taken down as soon as it's put up. Nothing ruins the economics of this business like the tubesites.
4) Good luck on finding the same type of woman in California. I'll be really surprised and happy if your successful.
5) forget about having the woman sign contracts. It'll just lead to legal expenses at some future point. Compensate the woman in ways that others can not (besides a paycheck) and they'll come back to 'work' for you. Best way to keep a employee is to figure what makes them tick and keep them happy.

odd... i deleted that video from my listed clips. i just went back and saw it is still for sale. i'm on chat with customer support. not sure why it didn't come down. as far as my site getting ripped, i do have someone watching the net for illegal copyright posts. the tubes don't actually stick it to the bigger companies.. if you send them a dmca claim they have a day or two to take it down, and i have never had any site be able to get away with keeping it on there... if they take too long doing it, we just get them taken off google search etc concerning step1.. so yeah i have been pretty good about taking away incentive for site rips.
i agree.. after thinking it over, i decided not to attach myself to a larger company...all of these girls have been loyal to me because i have warned them about the industry and for me to lead them to the big sites would be doing the opposite of what built our friendships... california hasn't ben a problem for me.. i did some shoots here a couple years ago, but i think to ensure the likelihood of keeping them exclusive, i will just keep traveling back to my original state for shoots...neither of the 2 models i have shot with from california has worked with another site in the 2 years since...so i think i'm just good at finding girls who want no part of doing this for a living, but are comfortable enough to do it for supplemental income with me.. i will keep getting all the paperwork signed as that is the law. i can't sell photos or video of them without their signing releases for compensation...i'm air tight on all that
well...as of now they said it is removed from all servers, but it is still showing up on the clips store...i'll update you when this gets resolved... i'll be replacing it with another exclusive video as well..
