Went to physical therapy session the other day and was happy to see that the office had gone with a Harry Potter theme. She came back a few minutes later with a cup of water, and as she was walking across the open middle area of the clinic, spilled some water on the hardwood floor. She continued to a counter where she placed her drink down and grabbed a napkin to wipe up the floor. This is it I thought, as she approached the spill, I'm bound to see something here. Once again, I was shut down as she dropped the napkins on the floor and used her foot to wipe up the water. I kept watching, and my patience was rewarded...with her back to me, she bent over at the waist to pick up used napkins, completely exposing her whole backside in full cut white panties with black stripes under her sheer to waist pantyhose.
