Definitely not! And I should know; I'm a huge fan of both these girls and have studied them both very closely!
Cat-Ear Girl (as I call her) appeared at the 2010 London ride with red bodypaint and wearing bottoms, and the day after at the Brighton ride with blue bodypaint and nude, as in your photo. And hasn't been seen since (shame!).
Unless, of course, someone out there knows different.
