A few years ago there was a TV documentary about assorted British groups and organisations making charity calendars. The Guild of Spinners made one showing them spinning wool whilst naked.
Shops refused to stock that calendar because nipples could be seen and that group lost money with their effort.

That is generally true though a 2011 MS charity calendar featuring FF photos shot in the Lake District was very successful and attracted no adverse comment
I read some time ago that the photographer (a highly respected professional) was planning a similar calendar for 2016 though I have seen nothing so far.
