It's obviously gentler than the Ass To Mouth category, but I think it holds the same appeal - knowing a woman is tasting herself. There's probably a little bit of the kidnap fetish thrown in, too. Add some humiliating bodywriting and tied tits and the BDSM angle is highlighted even further.
