This has turned into some spectacle. At first, Andy painted fully nude babes, then was told that they could only be topless. Apparently now, full nudity has returned.
but what I'm curious about more is what the girls do besides get painted. The painting area seems to be fenced off, but later, everyone parades around town a bit. Thats what it looks like.

I see pics have been going up for 2015 since July. Anyway, fully nude, albeit painted, naked ladies (many model quality, not just ordinary babes) walking around major a US city is pretty noteworthy. Even in Europe, the public outdoor body painting events tend to be topless only.
