It is from an old VHS tape, that I used to have a copy of, but can't remember the name now. There were about 4-5 different scenes. Some (obviously staged), where the cameraman "persuaded" young ladies to strip in public places - one was supposedly a traffic warden, another worked in a copy/print shop, one was on the front in an English seaside town, this was another.
