i saw an article today about a guy going on a cruise ship surf tank. the kind that shoots 30,000 gallons of water a minute to create a standing wave in a pool.

he said most people couldn't stay up for more than a second, and they end up smashing into a padded wall on the back of the tank. due to the extreme water pressure, he said "at least 5 women and a few guys" ended up bottomless, stripped by the water. to me this sounds like a modern day version of the coney island skirt air blast.

somewhere there have got to be pictures of this! women and men on vacation, having a little fun, stripped of their dignity in front of a large all-ages crowd... and obviously many of them go on this thing knowing they might end up exposing all "by accident". how many of those women and men try the ride knowing their bathing suits are unlikely to withtstand the challenge? how many of their friends push them to do it, knowing this?
