Mostly you never know for sure. I see a lot of pics from "dutch" girl and I try to look for details in the background.
When I doubt, I don't load them up. Sometimes there are no detail, only the uploader say she is Dutch. When the picture look like Dutch, they get de benefit of the doubt.
