I found this pic on the "Scottish Political Archive" flickr page. The seated gentleman on the right is Ken Buchanan, apparently a famous Scottish boxer. The lady giving the uppie is only identified as "Miss Stirling" and I assume she has some connection to the "University of Stirling" as this is where the pic was taken. No date was given but judging by the pics found around it my best guess is early 70's.
