Darn, we have a friend with two places in NH. They often ask us to come up when they go in summers.
One place is just a walk to a fancy private beach the other in the mountains.
Maybe we need to go visit. He'd be shocked when my wife goes topless.
I've heard NY is a legal topless state also. But heard if people complain women can be arrested. Doesn't make sense to me.
We also know my wife has flashed in cities that don't really allow it but don't complain if the lady does not create a scene. Again sort of a cloudy situation. My wife has been seen by police there and we've seen others arrested for being topless too long.
In our lifetime we've seen laws change allowing topless women, especially nursing, but now things seem even stricter.
