We were there in June. There are many swinger clubs, and most of them allow single men in some form. Often there is an area where single men are allowed. Sauna Club (?) is right in the middle of one of the big complexes. There is an entrance for couples, and another for anyone, anyone can go in the hot tub. When we were in the hot tub, there were some couples that played with some of the single men that were there.
I think that if you went, and were respectful, and offered to buy drinks, etc., that you would be able to meet some people.
