This is great that this thread is still going and I appreciate all the opinions.
Here's the results so far. 36DD. They look really natural. Very hard to tell she has implants. Her left nipple has lost some sensitivity (which is a possible side effect) but a positive of that is that she tells me to "bite it harder!!! Fucking bite it!!!" during sex. Hee hee.
I will let her know I'm posting cause this is basically public and then see about some face pictures or showing some more.
