And I want to offer my sincere apologies for posting any sub-par posts. I don't have the means to attend this event so I only try to offer thanks and appreciation to anyone that shares the pics. I wish they were all talented photographers but I guess I am just happy trying to find my favorite participants. I try to put an honest description in my posts but I can't help but have a deep appreciation for the participants in this parade. Again, I don't think of it as any thing less than a spectacular event that goes under represented.
I also apologize for posting links and not pictures. I am still trying to understand what is appropriate to "post" vs link. Perhaps some vets can give us insight? I don't want to violate anyone's copyrights but it seems some photogs don't mind?
I can't speak to the number of pics posted but I have followed this event for years and have never seen MORE riders, incredible women, or a better event than 2015. In the past there were handfuls, sometimes even groups. Now there are so many it is impossible to count. I discover new riders every single day and all of them beautiful in their own ways.
I can not think of many events where so many beautiful people have the confidence to say screw anyone that doesn't like it, it's sunny outside and let us celebrate. Fremont is a truly special place. It's a one of a kind event.
A sincere thank you to all the original posters, Klondike for capturing my favorite rider, and those who contribute great pics and for helping keep the thread going. Always looking forward to the next post.
