For me, it was when my buddy got Artworx Strip Poker for his Apple ][. I was twelve, and fascinated by the concept. I was of course at an age where I thought being seen naked by another was mortifying... as I grew older I learned to my sorrow that most real life strip poker games are played by people who are all too eager to get their clothes off. But at the time... imagine! Playing a game, confidently playing to see your opponent naked, and then losing, and losing, and losing, gradually being forced to reveal yourself until all is exposed and you're blushing furiously under your opponent's greedy gaze. (Just to be clear, in my fantasies I'm always the victor, enjoying the girl's mortified embarrassment.) To this day, the words "I lost everything. This is embarrassing. Press any key when done looking" stir a reaction in me.
