Think you guys may find this NYC local TV news report interesting.
There is one tourist kid who has a very exciting picture of him with a painted babe to show his high school buddies when he gets back home to North Carolina. And it looks like his mom is taking the picture.
Of particular note, in the report, is a quick interview with the NYC police commissioner in which he states that the police have looked at all sorts of ways to legally stop the public naked body painting and they can't come up with any. So, it appears the body painted babes will be around Times Square for a while, as long as they don't get too pushy about asking for money to have their pictures taken, and it all looks like art and not something else that could legally be prohibited as a "quality of life issue."
