I believe that Flickr user I need a cuppa was pointed out earlier in this thread but he's definitely worth keeping an eye on. He's been adding new photos nearly every day and now has sets for London, Bristol, York, Cambridge and Clacton. A couple of London samples from his recent uploads.

Is it just me or are more of the best photographers posting small sizes in public places like Flickr? It's an unfortunate trend!
