Finally found the shoot. The negatives seem to have degraded but they give a nice artsy grainy look. After my last post I met up for drinks we a friend of my old roommate. She told me that my old roommate used to barter all the time before we were roommates. Sometimes for car repairs but also if she came up short for rent. I quizzed her on this and found that several years before we were roommates she would have a tough time coming up with the rent on her unit. She would have been 20 or 21 then. If she was short a little the landlord would screw her my old roommate's brains out. So it appears to have been a trend for her even before we roomed together.
