And that is my question -- how is it that she was able to largely have the other content be removed, yet it is still allowed to remain on this site? I assumed that the pictures were available before throughout the net because they were not copyright protected. But, in that she has been able to have them be removed from the various sites, they must be copyright protected, right? Otherwise, why would the sites take them down (like the thread on her through the security_forum site, and the many sites that others accessed to get the photos to generate this thread since 2008 when it started). Now, a google search of her just seems to show this site, and this thread. So, assuming the pictures are not in the public domain and are copyright protected, why are they allowed to remain on this site? The owner of the copyright must be ok with them being on this site, is all that I can conclude. Assuming that is accurate, then the question is who owns the copyright? It would be too cool if Tracey owned her own pictures, but that is not how it usually works. It is probably some guy (and, probably not her ex, because he would not want them where they could be seen for free -- he would want to generate some money).
Just musing about this -- how OneClickChicks got to be the pretty much sole repository of Tracey Nude on the Net.
