Kristy McNichol oops (pussy/bush slip and downblouse/fully exposed breast), from the film; White Dog. These are two of the rarest (and most jaw dropping) oops moments I've ever seen. I don't think Kristy ever intentionally showed as much as we're seeing here by accident!
