In what way does he have a right to stake a claim to the pictures he takes of the naked people? They are the ones who put themselves in a vulnerable position (and I have the deepest sincerest respect for them for doing so). They want to make a point. The point is: Too many cyclists get killed in traffic, because they are not paid attention to. The other point they want to make is that we need to cut down on fossil fuels. In order to make their point they want to draw attention to themselves and their message by cycling through various cities unclothed.

People who take pictures, such as SL50AZ, should respect their wishes and post as many pictures online as they can and make them available to the world so that the message gets across. As long as they're not doing it, they don't support the cause. Fortunately, there are also photographers such as you, who do get the point of the event.
