We lived near a midwestern college town and still do in Florida. But dressing kinky has nothing to do with schools or little girls.
I'm way past being a school girl. But here's a hint of what I wore then and now. Yes a lot of girls and women dress this way every summer in public. I also flash every chance I get.
I'm too old but some men of all ages still like to look.
