Yup, body double
Lena Headey was pregnant when they were filming this, so it had to be a body double. And since she isn't even remotely blonde, she would have needed to dye her pubes.
Funny thing, all day long I've been talking to people about this, and apparently I'm the only guy in America who noticed how shitty the CGI was that put her face on that body. Apparently everybody else was too transfixed by full frontal nudity to even notice. If you can tear your eyes away, you'll notice that it is sub-Photoshop quality in places. It might be product placement for Big Lots.
But, you know, jiggly boobs are the greatest diversion ever invented. That's why magician's assistants are always hot.
