Sorry to interrupt the UK feed....!

Great even in Columbus. Even the giant thunderstorm that threatened to derail the event left just at the right time. There was confusion about the start of the event. It was posted as 10:30 pm online, but the REAL time to meet up was 9:00. My sweetie and I got in after the rain had stopped and just relaxed while people got undressed and put on some paint. The bikes just kept rolling in almost up to the departure time which was around 10:30.

Inside the meet "compound" I took a few pics after asking what the rules were. I was told originally just be polite and ask. Later a volunteer nazi said NO PICS INSIDE, but did add that out on the street it was fair game.

I was CONTINUOUSLY hassled for just HAVING a camera, while of course, cell phones were ignored and snapping away. I think they need to change the policy and have it posted.

The ride was great. Lots of fun naked people and some some cool bikes as well. The rain dropped the temps and humidity so it was a comfortable ride. An amusing part of the ride was a TV news van being stopped by us at an intersection. We went up AND down the popular and quite busy "short north" area Some of the side streets squeezed up the group and slowed the ride down.

Afterparty was great as well. Only bad part was waiting in line for food or beer. DJ's werent terribly annoying and their volume was appropriate. The "official" photographer had assembled a "photo booth" for people to get their pics taken if they liked. I dod make friends with him and will help him with teh3-D images he was trying to do.

Sadly I didnt get many pics. I would have LOVED to take a LOT. Heres a few just to prove I REALLY was there.
