Agreed... I think many women don't need it. But it can help some. Those with very saggy breasts, a lift may work as well. And of course those who have lost their breasts to cancer or accidents.

My wife's breasts are below A-cup... I love them the way they are. {refer to photos in another thread}
And I give her confidence with how I look at them, touch them, lick them.

Something they some dr. don't tell you. Breast implants require maintenance... as they are not real. Meaning, every 5~10 years, you need to replace the implants. More so, if they are abused or a very active woman.
