Though I never expected to see any frontal, when the show first aired, the butt (and I'm a butt man) was a very common site. From the moment the gals would strip at the drop off point, you were getting a significant amount of exposure. But as the seasons progressed, I've been noticing,
1) at the drop off, you'll see a quick butt shot, but then it's either an upper back or profile head shot as the 'contestant ' talks while walking.
2) as opposed to the early seasons where it seemed most girls stayed undressed the entire time, more and more, I'm seeing them fashion tops and bottoms (one gal was even making clothes day one while her partner was getting aggravated as he was having to address the issue of shelter and water alone).
3) in the situations where the girls are not making some kind of clothing, they are now using the shoulder bag provided as a means of cover. early on, it was covering the front in the event the camera was in that direction. but now it seems, the bag is covering the front or back, depending on where the camera crew is (or if multiple cameras, the editing is using shots from behind when the bag is used to cover). recently one of the gals (b*tching about everything and not wanting to do a thing), was laying under the shelter when her partner called her out to show some sc****s he'd managed to come across to eat. she was laying down with that bag slung over her shoulder.

Maybe I've imagining it, but it seems that the women are a bit less esposed as the seasons progress.
