The second one, the one on the right, looks familiar but her breasts have been modified to look larger (much larger) and to seem like a younger version of the one on the left. I concur that they are two different people. Unfortunately I don't know who the one on the left is… she's cute! The one on the right is too, but there's something about the one on the left.
