Default Kimmy Bubbles Terrible Weekend

This story arose from some role-play between an online friend for mine from Second Life, Kimmy Bubbles, and I'm sharing it with her permission. The start of the role-play was taken from editthis.info/create_your_own_story/Oops!_You%27re_Naked! , but we quickly went our own way with it.

Chapter 1
A sudden May heat wave in Kimmy's seaside community caught everyone by surprise. Many people, including Kimmy, could not get their AC units working. When she tried to find a repairman, they were all booked up, they couldn't even get an estimate of when someone would be over.

Kimmy finished her fifth shower of the day, and stepped out of the shower. She reached for a towel, put when she put it to her face, it smelled moldy. Between the humidity in the house, and all the showers she was taking, all her towels had become smelly. She walked to her washing machine, that was full of other towels and sweaty clothes, and put it in. She went to the linen closet, but it was out of towels.

Well, she was going to run the laundry anyway, so she decided to use her bed sheets to dry off, and put them in the laundry. She reached into her dresser for something to wear, but it looks like she had gone through everything except a bikini from last summer.

It was so hot and disgusting in her house, she just had to get out. She put on the bikini, which was a little snug since last year, but perfectly serviceable. She started the wash, and decided to walk to the beach which was nearby. She tried to find a beach towel, but remembered it was in the wash as well.

The 3 block walk to the beach was baking, but still better than inside her house. As she got closer, she felt the lingering memory of a sea breeze, as torpid as everyone else today.

The beach was packed. The shady spots were standing room only, and the sunny spots were pretty crowded as well. But she came here to cool off, so she headed straight for the shore. She passed a sign about rip tide warnings, and dipped her feet into the deliciously cold water. She slowly pushed her tolerance as she acclimated to the water, getting deeper. As she got chest deep, the passing waves lifted her feet off the sandy bottom as she walked.

Then one wave lifted her, but she realized when she came down, her feet could no longer touch water. She looked about. She realized she was being pulled out to sea!

She started swimming hard towards the shore, but she began to feel a disconcerting sensation: the knots of her bikini were loosening!

She tried to hold the knots and swim, but she saw that she was going further and further away from the shore.

Suddenly, she saw a small bright orange buoy headed her way. As it got close enough to reach her, she saw it was a small boat without a driver, and it had a lifeguard logo on it. From deep inside it, a tinny sound emerged: "You're in the rip tide! Grab on, we'll pull you to shore!"

She did as she was told, getting both her arms on the hand holds of the boat.

The engines reversed suddenly, and as she coughed the water out, she realized her bikini was no longer on her!

As the little boat was getting closer to shore, she saw a lifeguard holding a remote control device with a large antenna. And behind him, masses of people had their cell phones out to film the impromptu rescue.

Kimmy was less than a minute away from YouTube infamy!

She decided to hold on anyway, and the boat pulled her up to the shore. The lifeguard ran into the wave, and pulled her out of the water. "Can you breathe?" he shouted at her.

As her naked body was pulled out of the waves, the general sound of random conversation died at once.

Someone broke the silence with a profound "Holy shit, she's naked!"

"sl*t" a woman's voice yelled.

"Hey baby, watch doing' tonight?"

The sound of people talking over on another overwhelmed Kimmy. She pushed off the lifeguard, and stood.

And was greeted with cell phones pointed at her.

She panicked, and ran to the spot where she saw the fewest people: under the nearby boardwalk the sat over the shore.
