I'm sure the video could have been a lot better, but the camera person probably was there to film a normal event and didn't want to zoom or re-position himself for a better angle to take advantage of the wardrobe malfunction. It would seem that someone might have filmed from other angles, but their wife (ha ha) probably made them delete it
