You look at the picture last posted, pick an item and post a new picture with that item.
For instance, the forlast picture is someone on a table, so I posted another picture of someone on a table. In this picture is for example a black dress, so you can post a picture with a black dress in it (of course you can also pick something else from the last picture, "outdoor", "wooden fence", etc)
