As vintage as they come
These are Daguerreotypes which was one of the earliest photographic processes.
It amuses me that the process was invented in the late 1830's and these pics are from Circa 1850 so it must have been exciting times for those who were used to nothing more that artwork.
I also have a laugh when I read all the debate about banning or regulating porn and prostitution because as we know human nature will prevail.
