In all honesty, it depends on what it said on the contract she signed. For example, it appears that "Survivor" has had many years of naked contestants with blurred private parts that never made it onto the public airwaves. Or even onto specialty DVDs. So, it would seem that there is some kind of contract involving blurring things like genitalia and nipples for contestants who appear naked on these shows.
