similar thing happened to me.
Shortly after wife & did Fantasy Fest a while back, I bumped into an old HS buddy. He invited me & the wife over to his place for dinner and to meet his wife.
I had told him about the wild time at FF, and all that goes on there. I told him I'd bring some photos, he seemed more than eager to see them.
When we all met, apparently the photos weren't that big of a hit.
We never heard from them again!!!
The photos we brought weren't anything crazy, mostly painted women, and a few of the wife in racy outfits, but nothing we wouldn't show any of our friends. At the time they didn't say much, sort of a cool reaction, which means they (she?) didn't enjoy the pics!
oh well.
On the flip side, I gave a disc of all our photos to a guy I was pretty friendly with through work. That is, all the photos except any compromising pics of the wife. He LOVED it! He had never even heard of FF. He loved it so much he gave to the disc to a friend of his who made up a slide-show disc with background music, title, the whole deal, and of course presented a copy to us.
You just never know how some folks will react.
