Being everyone seems dialed in on being pretty "anti" I'll add in. I've seen many sets on women that look amazing and I'm convinced that the majority of skeptics have never had the chance to be with a woman who's had them done and feels great about it. Basically it should be her choice and reflect what makes her feel good because that feeling and the confidence comes through all day, every day, in multiple ways. When my wife got hers done it certainly was something she wanted after years of her feeling (as she told me) like she would like more than she was gifted with. Since she had them done, multiple kids later, she loves them, loves to show them off, definitely has never expressed thoughts around wishing she hadn't gotten them and in fact is looking forward to a tune up. On the negative side, the surgery is uncomfortable although hers were done in her armpits and under the muscle (the major source of the discomfort). The scars are gone although the tune up will likely involve some.

End of day, what she got out of it is the most important thing. I certainly have enjoyed them too!
