Forget about the hotels, they are only two of them, Oz-in is very expensive and not worth the price, and at Eve hotel you will have to book a full week.
Some popular agencies to book an apartment are genevievenaturisme, pengfrance, resid ( .com ) and naturist (.de). I only booked through genevievenaturisme so that's the only one I can recommand, very serious.
For camping site : centrenaturiste-oltra.

There is also hotel Jardin de Babylone, Jardin d'Eden and Natureva Spa, but as far as I know all hotels are couples only.
Besides camping site, Oltra also rents apartments and villas via agencereneoltra.com.
Furthermore capdagde.co.uk (Pierre & Clémence) rent apartments. We always book trough them.
Most apartments are private property in the naturist village of Cap D'Agde and are being rent by agencies. The size, location, quality, furniture, equipment and the service of the apartment really differs per apartment and is mainly depending on the owner of the place. Agencies keep the houses clean and supply service during the holidays.
We had dissapointments and highlights during the past 6 years regarding the villas...but Cap really is the place to be for us!
