Absolutely recommend it. Luxury all inclusive with great food and top shelf liquor.
Clothing optional everywhere but the lobby and the restaurants. Bring some sexy outfits for the classier restaurants and the disco party.
It's lifestyle friendly, but obviously not required.
It's lifestyle friendliness has changed a bit over the years. There are vids on the net that describe it as sex everywhere but on the beach (beach is Mexican gov't property). When we first visited 3 years ago, the rule was "sex only in your room, in the "Sin Room" (off the disco), or at the rooftop hot tub."
This year, sex (at least manual & oral) was fine around the main pool. My wife passed by a threesome on the beds around the entertainment plaza behind the lobby.
The "Sin Room" always seemed to be empty. For some reason, it always seemed to be too chilly in there for any real play. Most of the sex happens up in and around the hot tub. Anything goes up there. Our favorite place.

The entertainment staff, "The Playmakers" greatly improved this year. Three lovely young ladies and 2 super buff guys, all in their mid to late 20s had great energy, were super friendly and devised and participated in many fun and erotic games, usually around the main pool. I have to single out Alek and Sofi as the nicest people you want to meet. The new entertainment manager, Alex, seems to be there 7x24 thinking up ways to keep the guests entertained and aroused.

A few tips:
Being all inclusive, tipping is not required. But if you want the pool beds or chairs you want, slipping a $20 to the guy at the pool bed stand on your first day will help.
If you are assigned a butler/concierge team (one will be there earlier in the day, the other the later shift) slip them each a $20 at the beginning of your stay. They will make reservations at the 2 restaurants that require them (both of these require long pants on the men, so bring a pair of decent pants.)
