One point I don't see having been made is that removing implants results in a real mess. If a woman decides to get implants removed after a couple of years, the actual removal surgery is straightforward. The problem is that her skin has stretched around them and doesn't just snap back into place. Major league sagging and strange shpes will be the result without expensive resculpting. And the price of that is obvious scars.
Moral of the story is that implants should be thought of as permanent additions, not to be removed at a whim.
