As others have written, and written well, this is a touchy subject. In fact I love touching this subject.
Our own daughter, very slim and nicely shaped, just had to get a boob job. She always kidded her mother about not being our kid because mommy has large boobs and she got cheated.
Daughter's boob job to me was not near large enough. They look quite real and natural. I only looked once at them bare but have seen more than a daddy should see exposed from her clothes. She started dressing more like her mom and her girfriends after the boob job. I think hers are just right. Most would never know she had a boob job. This is the size I'd recommend. Enough to be able to wear anything she wants yet nothing too outstanding and fake looking.
My own wife, no longer a kid, considered a reduction for years because her natural tits were way too large and heavy. As others mentioned she sufffered back and neck pain constantly even though I personally loved them larger than life. Of course my back was fine.
Coincidentally after retiring my wife was bitten on the left breast by a Brown Recluse spider. Many surgeries by a
very good plastic surgeon saved it. Local doctors wanted to remove her boob. It took two surgeries to get rid of the poison and reconstruct her left breast. She had a choice. She could have gotten one inplant to match the larger right boob. Together we chose to have the right one reduced so they matched. Hers are still very nice for her age but now have very light scars where her nipples had to be raised.
Being a boob lover and since flashing is her life we went through hell. But as I told my wife I'd rather have her alive with no tits than dead.
It was her choice.
As it is she still goes braless and often topless or nude at beaches. Dollie still has men friends who enjoy fondling and staring. Most have no idea her titties have been reduced. To us it's a toss up....are they real or a boob job? Since the only thing inside is natural muscle and flesh we call them natural. Personally we don't care what others think.
We also feel that way about the many gals we've met here in Florida with fake titties of all sizes. It's what makes them happy and their personality that counts? We guess that way over 10,000 men have felt Dollie's titties before and after plus i've felt as many as 5000 boobs myself. Yes boobs are our life! But that does not make us professionals.
I'd suggest to any woman, go for the boob job. But keep them realistic or you will later regret it. We've seen women with "Hersey Kisses" that are beautiful and fun to fondle.
