I think you are right Pedro. Maybe her scarf slipped a bit.
A man just behind the woman in the black scarf has a sort of black scarf-mask. Another man behind the woman with a green scarf has a grey scarf around his neck. Face covering? or maybe it was a bit chilly?
If she wanted to advertize that she was Muslim, I imagine she would cover her face completely, otherwise her life could be in danger from zealots or 'honour killing' by relatives.
For those who do not know, Muslims are supposed to remove their pubes for hygiene (the ancient Egyptians did this too). Whenever I see a Muslim woman all covered up, I am sometimes distracted by the idea that if she is really devout, she would be all bald down below. Not quite the reaction she is supposed to project ...
