There are also a number of UK websites with dogging locations and bulletin boards where people can exchange information.

Thank you. This is the best explaination we've seen. We didn't call it dogging here in the USA but it happened to us often accidentally. Later we learned how to do it while attracting voyeurs. Still didn't know it was called dogging until joining this OCC group. What an educational place.
As for the public fondling my wife would fall into the professional bracket for this. Believe it or not she's been publicly fondled way over 10,000 different times. This does not count repeat fondulators.
