It is also what is written upon the collar that I gave myself. But there is one thing I need to add...to be true to yourself...you must first know yourself. This means lots of hours spent looking in the harsh cold mirror of your soul. Knowing your hopes, your fears, your strengths, your challenges...knowing you.
