I did a reverse image search with the goal of finding a set. I only found this one photo (the first one) with the same guy, in a mixed collection with other public sex photos. This time he is watching, but one of the beach towels is the same (the second photo, your favorite), and so perhaps is the woman.
I hope this adds to the back story.
