I am just the same- I've enjoyed upskirts ever since I was in school, but these days I am careful and I don't go out of my way to view them. So like the above poster, I don't see them often- but if I happen to catch an upskirt you can guarantee I will notice it! I just can't help noticing.
A couple of the best I've seen lately came from a woman who used to work at the same place I do. She ALWAYS wore a short skirt or dress to work- even in the winter, she wore short skirts with thick black tights. I literally saw her wear trousers on about 5 or 6 days in 3 years. She was classy and always careful with how she sat, but as soon as I met her I was sure I would see her knickers at some point.
I had to wait, but the time came in the summer- we were eating lunch in a park near my workplace with a few other colleagues. Of course, summertime when women sit out on the grass in skirts is one of the only times I tend to see upskirts these days- and I wasn't disappointed! She was not immodest, she didn't sit with her legs open or anything- but each time she moved I got a lovely view of her white cotton knickers underneath her thin, neutral tights. I was careful not to stare but I was treated to several good knicker flashes as we sat there.
It happened again on a few other occasions during the summers I knew her. A couple of times I saw a glimpse of plain black or white knickers up her skirt, but the best show was a flash of blue knickers with a pattern of dark blue flowers on them- very feminine! Each time I saw up her skirt, it absolutely made my day.
