This is a clip taken from a commercial/ preview for the first episode of an internet show named "The Ghost of Tom Carvel and a Real Topless Woman."

The show is "hosted" by the supposed ghost of a man named Tom Carvel (a relatively known entrepreneur and promoter of soft ice cream) and features his sidekick, a topless woman.
