Here's a clip I came across, from a 1934 Tarzan movie. This swim scene was shot three times, first, with the leading lady, fully clothed. Second, with a stand in, topless, and this one, same stand in but fully naked. The clip runs for a bit over 2 1/2 minutes but I had to cut it down as I was having trouble uploading it...37.5 MB. In Australia our broadband is as fast as a third world country. But I did think this was a bit hot for 1934
