As far as I'm aware, OCC don't rebill you, you have to extend your membership yourself and pay again for the next period, otherwise you lose it.

"*****This is a one-time fee. There are no rebills. No recurring charges. If you want to extend your membership after it expires, you have the option to login to the member's area to renew it. You will not be re-billed automatically, so there's nothing to cancel."
