Thanks for the compliment. It's a pretty lengthy process. I use iskysoft to convert to avi and to split the chunk I want to use. Easy gif animator to convert to gif. Then I use ulead gif animator to edit the gif the way I want it to flow, and or take out any dupe frames and to try to get down to a manageable size.
