I have to agree with naakstel.... when a woman says "fuck this nasty pussy, fuck me like your friends do" and let me repeat this one..... "fuck me like your friends do" ..... she has been fucking your friends long before your neighbour has come into the picture! Now that you have shown to her that you are OK with her being fucked by someone else, it was a subconscious "slip up" in the heat of the moment. She's now thinking that you are OK with it so subconsciously this has "slipped out". She doesn't even know that she's let it slip.
My wife accidentally slipped up many years ago before we got married. She had been out partying at a "friends" place quite a bit and I suspected, at the time, she was having something to do with a guy there.
