I was working on a female client's laptop, and was copying photos for backup. I found one where she had a mastectomy, and was standing there bare chested, with one boob and a horrendous scar. I only looked at it for a split second, but the image is forever burned into the back of my eyeballs.
Be careful when snooping. You might see something you wish you hadn't.
